Information about Warren Cleland Photography and your shoot

Studio - I use the main floor of my open concept townhouse located in Mississauga – near Erin Mills and Dundas.

Finished basement is used as a change area along with a washroom for you to use which you can use with a hair dryer or curling iron – not provided.

Backdrops available are white, grey, red and black.

Note – I do have a cat so if you are allergic, please let me know and we can make arrangements for me to come to you. The cat can be put in a bedroom for the duration of the shoot if you don’t like cats.

Escort or friend coming with you for the shoot. I have no problem as long as the person remains in the back ground during the shoot. It is important that the client and I can focus on getting the best pictures as possible.

Pictures can be finished in specific sizes – 8 by 10, etc. If you have a requirement for certain sizes, please let me know.

Full Size JPEGS – means the files will be saved as full size and 300 DPI which is the standard for printing.

Web Size Pictures – means the files will be saved in either 1024 or 2048 and 75 DPI which is standard for use on the internet.

Things for the shoot

• Bring any props you want to use for the shoot – sunglasses, scarfs, hats, music instrument, and jewelry – rings, watches, necklaces, earrings etc.
• Think about what shoes you want to use and bring them
• Nails are done
• Makeup and hair is done - Makeup Artist and Hair can be booked at $100, this needs to be arranged before the shoot 

I only have 2 rules –

#1 rule – we have fun during the shoot, with a professional but relaxed environment

#2 rule – we work as a team to get you the pictures you want and need
